How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched on a Monday & Wednesday.

 

Please select preferred day from the drop down box at checkout.

 

Orders placed before Midnight Saturday will be dispatched Monday.

 

Orders placed before Midnight Tuesday will be sent Wednesday.

 

Orders are sent via NZ Couriers and should usually be received the following day. You will be emailed a confirmation of your order with tracking details.

Where do you deliver to?

All of New Zealand.  

Unfortunately, due to cost and the fact we cannot confirm overnight delivery we do not deliver to rural addresses or PO boxes.

How much is the delivery? Is it contactless?

Auckland $5, North Island $10, South Island $25. Yes, it is contactless.

Does my order ship on a public holiday?

If your order falls on a public holiday it will be sent out on the next dispatch date.

How do you know your products are dairy-free and gluten-free?

We only use dairy-free and non-gluten ingredients. However, there is a possibility that very minimal traces of gluten may be present due to the manufacturing process our ingredients go through before they reach our kitchen. For confirmation, we do third party testing on our food.

What safety measures do you have for COVID?

We take our food quality and customer safety seriously. At all times we adhere to the very strict food health and safety rules, as required by our National Programme registration and verification audit.
