Shipping Costs:

Auckland – $5

North Island – $10

South Island – $25

Unfortunately, due to cost and the fact we cannot confirm an overnight delivery we do not send to rural addresses or PO boxes.

Shipping Policy:

Orders are dispatched on a Monday & Wednesday. Please select preferred day from the drop down box at checkout.

Orders placed before Midnight Saturday will be dispatched Monday.

Orders placed before Midnight Tuesday will be sent Wednesday.

Orders are sent via NZ Couriers and should usually be received the following day. You will be emailed a confirmation of your order with tracking details.

Returns Policy:

All orders are final and non refundable. GFS will not accept returns if you simply change your mind. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product. Please do contact us if you feel there is an issue with your product. All applications must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

We only use non gluten ingredients in our kitchen. However, there is a possibility that very minimal traces of gluten may be present in our products due to the manufacturing process our ingredients go through before they reach our kitchen. We undertake third party testing on our food for the purposes of validation and verification. With all that however we cannot be held accountable for any adverse reactions to our products.
